Armed with this information you should now Contact a Licensed Mortgage Broker, or a Licensed Real Estae Agent (who can provide you with a list of Mortgage Brokers in your area), the Broker can help you with ways to improve your score so you will be eligible to buy a home as well as Calculate the amount a Bank would be willing to Loan you.
Now Is the Time to Contact your Licensed Real Estate Agenttogether you can make a List of the Area's and Towns you want to live in, the Features you want your New Home to have (ie: acreage, fireplace, number of Bedrooms, Garage?
